Online ordering is secure. 128bit Encryption technology, the same encryption strength used by banks and financial institutions, is used to insure the security of all customer information during and after the ordering process.
Customer information is never sold, given, or in any other way shared with with anyone, for any reason - ever .

As part of Strings By Mail's policy of offering value to it's customers, a flat $4.00 is charged for domestic shipping for any size order. International orders are charged by weight and destination.
For domestic orders, US Postal First Class mail will usually be used. Delivery time for First Class mail is typically 4 to 7 business days. Books may be sent by US Postal media mail, which may take about 10 days. Occasionally UPS Ground is used for larger, heavier orders (1 to 5 days).
Ship-to addresses different from the billing addresses are allowed for domestic orders (see Payment Methods below).
International orders will only be shipped to the address of the card holder if paying by credit card.

Visa and Master Card are accepted for online, faxed, phone or mail orders. Money Orders and personal checks are also accepted for domestic mail orders.
Credit cards for domestic online orders are automatically verified when the order is submitted. The billing address given in the online order form must match the card holder's billing address. Alternate ship-to addresses are allowed for domestic orders.
The issuing bank of an international credit card will be contacted to verify the card holder's name and address before an international order can be processed.

Strings By Mail will stand behind any product it sells. Full refund or credit will be given for any defective item purchased from Strings By Mail within 30 days. Simply return the defective item to get the refund or exchange.
Items can be exchanged (returned for credit toward another purchase) within 30 days for any reason. The items must be in original, restockable condition. For strings, if more than 2 sets of the same kind of strings are returned for exchange, a 15% restocking fee will apply.
Actual shipping charges will apply to exchanges (flat rate shipping does not apply).
All sales on Videos, DVDs and CDs are final.
