This set features clear, Pro-Arte nylon treble strings sorted by a computer-controlled laser machine which performs diameter/tension measurements and quality checks, insuring true sounding, precise trebles. The Composite core basses have been mechanically polished to a smooth surface which greatly reduces finger noise.
Note: The technique of polishing takes away the silver plating slightly exposing the copper wire. As a result, the color may vary from silver to brown to gray.
