Great Instruction Book

I took up acoustic guitar 2 years ago after a 15 year hiatus from playing classical guitar due to a left hand injury. This book is an excellent method for finger style acoustic guitar. It includes a number of styles (e.g. Travis picking, 12 bar blues, harp guitar, tapping, percussion, etc). The songs are short, to the point (of the technique being taught) and fun to play. The book also gives lots of examples of finger style guitarists to lookup, listen to and aspire to emulate.
I finished the method a long time back but still use it on a daily basis as a fun way to warm up before going off to more difficult music. This is a great value in terms of lesson material vs. price and entertainment value from working through the music. Highly recommended!
