Hello, I just received my strings, have taken a little longer than expected (it must have been around Christmas), otherwise everything perfect. It's the first time buyer in this site, but will not be the last. I also recommend it to my friends guitar.

The retail stores in my country charge outrageous prices for strings, so when some one told me about this website I was happy because new strings was no longer a luxury item, I can now afford to change my strings a lot more often.
I have recommended this site to lots of people, just make sure you order in bulk(at least 5 sets of strings)otherwise you wont save money because of shipping costs.

I placed my first order with Strings by Mail on Sunday evening. I ordered a set of strings and a footrest. I had all items on Wednesday! Great communication and Incredibly fast service to my home in Texas. The price I paid, including shipping, was very reasonable and the items I received where of higher quality than I expected. Packing was first rate and I really liked the handwritten, personalized note on the invoice. I will definitely use Strings by Mail again.

How many violins do you see without a chin rest affixed? That's how many acoustic guitars you should see without an Andreas Abel style arm rest affixed. These are that equally as wonderful an addition, as a players aid! I have purchased three, so far. I am a fifty year guitar player. Arm, take thine ease.
I love augustine basses like a dead brother. I will never use anything else. But the trebles die so quickly so I recently like ProArte trebles. I love that Strings by mail gets it and offers the option to buy exactly what I want. I buy just basses and just trebles. Kudos

Well done packaging, very fast shipping and nice touch about personal thank's on Invoice Order, believe or not, they carefully writes by hand! Price isn't a bigger concern to me, but the whole thing that add value and comes with the product. Turns out that here can find all these good stuffs aggregate, and they prove that is quite possible. It's very hard to find a place who ship to Brazil, and I really appreciate that....

I was surprised when I first found this shop, because we have not much except those most popular strings like D'addario, Savarez etc in China, even in Beijing. While here I can just find EVERYTHING I would like to try on at a good price. SBM price + shipping cost =_ price in China

Serving those who serve us is all too important, so when SBM graciously confirmed they would ship my new Cordoba La Playa Nylon to an APO in Afghanistan I was very pleased. NO one else would even consider it (wish I would have tried them first) which I find disgusting as those I tried claimed "APO AE" shipping. Thank you again SBM...

As a player who plays primarily with half rounds in 10 & 12 gauge I was delighted to find them in stock and half the price of most music stores!

First of all, this website has the best prices(that i could find). Secondly, their customer server is superb. I accidentally forgot to add an item to my cart before checking out, so i made two orders and wrote to them about it. They combined the orders for me; shipping them together and only charging me once for shipping. Thank you!!
