Wonderful Sound and Wonderful Service!

I have a Cordoba Master Series Hauser. It is a spruce-top guitar and, as such, has the bright characteristics of that type of top. Over the several years I have owned that guitar, I have tried a great variety of strings on it--some have been good (like the Hannabach Goldins), and others were not so good; however, I was always looking for that "perfect" sound. I watch the Sicca's Weekly Guitar Review show on YouTube, and on one episode they said that they string all their guitars with Knobloch strings. . . so this got me curious. Though they use a slightly different string than this one (same trebles but different basses, I believe) I have been completely impressed with these Knobloch 300 ADN Actives. For one thing, they seem to last much longer than any other string I have tried (which is a nice benefit); however, the main thing I was looking for was a great timbre from my guitar, and these strings have delivered it. . . and at a fraction of the price of the other aforementioned strings. With these strings on my guitar, I can finally say I feel like I am "home," and, though my saying "home" might be interpreted as sentimental pablum, I can say that my recordings with these new strings just reinforce my delight with them! A Definite Improvement!

These strings are a definite improvement, in terms of sound, from the much more expensive strings I had used for years. I had heard, from other players, that Knobloch strings are very, very good, so I tried them, and I must say that I AM impressed! Supurb on Cordova Stage

Matt recommended these to try on my Cordova Stage guitar. So far, I have had them on for over 4 months. I play every day for several hours. The nylon trebles are not tubby to my ear, and the basses are smooth and tone is first rate IMO. I will certainly reorder.
