By: Mary WeaverI love love love these strings. The basses have a beautiful ring and warmth, and the trebles are nice and clear, with great intonation. It doesn't take them too long to settle in after restringing. However, I often use a Savarez wound G string, no matter what string set I put on, simply because I can't get quite the sound I want from any brand of non-wound G.
