Emmy award winning guitarist/composer Jaime Guiscafré is highly acclaimed for his talent in Classical, Latin Jazz and World Music. Gusicafré won his Emmy in 1988 for his performance, composing, and direction in the soundtrack for the PBS documentary, "Hispanic Mosaic."He has performed as a soloist and with ensembles throughout North and South America, Spain and Italy. Ruben Diaz is possessed of flamenco roots that are embedded in his family. Indeed, his father, Luis Chavarría, was a student and a disciple of Andrés Segovia and was he who first introduced an eight-year-old Ruben to his icon, Paco de Lucía.
