Matthew Denman Classical Guitar Sheet Music for 2 Guitars

Two guitars. Ten fingers.* Twelve strings. Matthew Denman has received recognition for his compositions, such as "Lindley House" for two guitarists, which reflects his engaging style.

Beyond writing and arranging, Denman has been a featured performer and conductor for music festivals and serves as Assistant Professor of Guitar at Oklahoma City University and the director of Guitar at Classen School of Advanced Studies. He directs the Celedonio Romero Guitar Institute and has served as the Director of Education for the Guitar Foundation of America. He was a 2024 Music Educator Grammy Nominee. So yes, he’s pretty much done it all.

*There is some disagreement as to whether the thumb is actually a finger. According to the National Institutes of Health, in some languages, including Icelandic and Russian, the thumb is referred to as "the big finger," but in others, including English, it is considered as a separate digit. A non-finger, if you will. However, we would never encourage guitarists (or anyone else) to try to make due without them.
