Guy-Jean Maggio Classical Guitar Quartet Sheet Music for 4 Guitars

Guitarist Guy-Jean Maggio attended the Conservatoire National Supérieur de Rabat in Morocco. An outstanding student, he earned the coveted 1st prize in guitar and in harmony and chamber music. No Luddite, he joined the electroacoustic music composition class at the Nîmes Conservatory and studied under Pierre Boulez at the Institute for Acoustic and Music Research and Coordination in Paris before joining that same institute as a composer.

It’s no surprise then that he’s made his mark as both a performer and composer. Maggio has recorded several CDs. But wait, there’s more: He was tasked to create the guitar class for the Beaucaire Conservatory, making him a triple threat. Here his music is awaiting performance by four guitarists, provided they can master this lively piece of moderate to (more likely) advanced difficulty.
