Perhaps the only known classical musician to originate in Poland, Gerard Drozd has curated himself a career as a teacher, composer, arranger, guitarist, and lecturer. His name exists on over 250 compositions, with versatility consisting of concertos, quartets, preludes for guitar and piano, sonatas, suites, chamber music, and more. Drozd’s works have been feature and published on various CD’s and played by countless well known artists across the globe. He is now the creator and artistic director of the International Gliwice Guitar Festival and he has been recognized by many for his personal touch felt in his melodies.
