Suzuki Method Bass - Sheet Music

The double bass may be bigger than the aspiring player, but no matter. The Suzuki Method, developed by Shinichi Suzuki, will have that child playing simple tunes quickly.

Unlike many other approaches, the Suzuki Method teaches the student to actually play the instrument before learning to read music. Then it emphasizes playing songs — many of which the child will recognize — instead of scales and other technical studies. It's all based on the idea that every child has unlimited learning potential.
