In 1919, Otto Infeld and Dr. Franz Thomastik join forces and founded Thomastik-Infeld in Vienna. Though its manufacturing facilities were completely destroyed in World War Two, the founders rebounded, their enthusiasm and innovative spirit intact.

In the century since, the company has become one of the most respected stringmakers in the world. Now you can see, hear and use the fruits of the company’s labors. These super flexible strings offer wonderful sound and a great feel, in a variety of sizes and gauges.
