You might be particularly interested in Sor’s Six Short pieces op. 5 which include the famous and touching Andante largo dedicated to his dancer wife Joaquina whom he had just recently married at Granada and with whom he had just succeeded in escaping from persecution in Spain to a new life in exile in Paris; or the famous Mozart variations op. 9 or his Grand Solo op. 14, an edition here which gives both of the early versions of that piece; or Six Waltzes and a galop op. 57 which includes a fun galop which was a lively dance with the rhythm of a can-can (fast).
