1st time user. . . now the choice for me. Great sound and playability, different feel & sound from regular bronze. Using on an Ovation Custom legend.

Excellent strings that I have used for many years.

There are a few guitars designed for an acoustic feel and sound that also utilize magnetic pickups in the blend. Some people just use electric strings; others use phosphor bronze, but phosphor bronze are not suited for use with magnetic pickups. The wrapped strings will not have volume equal to the plain strings.

GHS designed their White Bronze for that purpose. I’ve experimented with so many sets on my Taylor T5 guitars. For me, these work the best. Give me the acoustic feel and sound but deliver good sound from the electric pickups as well.
