What makes my guitar happy

Every guitar has string preferences. Mine, built by Steve Connor, is super partial for Galli Genius titanium. Any other string makes my baby frown!

Rare strings

These are not easy to find and they were delivered fairly quick. I have a guitar collection and have plenty of strings but when I start to run out I will order from here

I love the sound of

I love the sound of these strings and have been using them exclusively for a long time. They have a lovely, strong bass, and a sweet treble. The trebles may have a somewhat brighter tone than some players prefer. It also seems like the thinner diameter trebles require a little more care with finger placement being not too far off the frets. But I haven't played traditional strings for quite some time, so I could be wrong about that.

Worst string I’ve ever encountered.

Worst strings I’ve ever tried. The trebels are stiff ,thick and slippery had to wrap them thru the bridge twice and then wrap three times around that to keep them from slipping out when tuning. Just threw them in the trash. Was afraid they would slip out and damage the top of my guitar.

If they cost half the price they might make sense.

When Galli launched these strings on the market, they sent me a set (like many masters in Italy) to find out what I thought. I tried them and replied with a letter "these strings, I'm sorry, but they are very bad!" Compared to the noble Savarez or D'addario they lack everything: volume, roundness, timbre. If they cost half the price they might make sense.
