TAPPLATE Golpeadore Clear .010 inches 8 x 8 inches

If you want a golpeador for flamenco, this is the product you want.

I recommend inspecting the product closely for scratches before applying. Mine has a 5mm scratch which is the reason for a lost star. Luckily, it is not noticeable unless you are close to the guitar at a particular angle.

Apply this plate slowly and deliberately. You may notice spots on the tap plate where the guitar doesn't quite meet the adhesive. On mine, these were only visible with direct light when you were directly above it. I have had mine on for 24 hours, and they plate has glued itself more closely, greatly reducing the size of these areas. This plate is as unnoticeable as you can go.

These will be my go-to plates in the future, and I will recommend them to others. Just check for scratches.

I really like these 3M tap plates. They are easy to trace, cut out, and apply to the guitar's top and they stay forever. Perfect for flamenco.

As usual, everything I've gotten from Strings by Mail is great. This clear plastic material was perfect for making golpeadores.
