In 20 days destroyed 2 strings e Carbon. Dissolved in fiber and then cut.

I put a set of these strings on my Yamaha NCX1200R. I didn't like them at all at first but the package said they need to break in and it's true. after a few hours of plying they came alive. The base strings have a full rich sound and resonate much longer than the nylon. I love these strings.

Thick heavy tone stressing fundamentals and de-emphasizing upper harmonics. Little of the typical extraneous slide noise with this slide.

I play acoustic 12 string and this slide, because of its heavier mass, makes involving the lighter gauge octave strings effortless. One strong caveat...the medium is quite narrow and will only go on my ring finger if first I lubricate it with baby oil or coconut oil. My pinky is very average size, ring size 7, so unless you are sure you have a slender pinky, get a large. or if you plan on using the slide on one of your other fingers, the medium will definately not work.

I had hope to find a good alternative to the gitano support, so I ordered the OaisisQuad. When I unpacked it I was surprised how fragile this thing. is and was wondering if the plastic mechanism would be able to not brake when putting the tension onto the handle. Well, as it turns out,this was the least concern, because the suction cups do not hold AT ALL! On what ever instrument, with or without the plastic protection sheet. I tried to keep patient and to try and try and try again. but this is money out of the window. Or does anybody knows the secret to this support?

I only have tried the bass strings. At first, they sounded a bit thin. Surprisingly, after a few days they have become richer and more responsive to differing techniques. The tension on my very lightly built guitar is a good match, yielding an acceptably wide range of "volume". Of course, the big advantage lies in their quietness. Fast passages filled with accidentals are definitely easier to play clearly with these basses.For recording I can aboslutely see where these basses make it so much easier to play cleanly and evenly than most strings.
Still, I will return to the "romantic" sound of multifilament core bass strings, which I can get decent volume out of on my specific guitar. The loss in easy clarity is something I can live with.

Have owned one of these for several months, it's a lot of guitar for a small price. the tone is very pleasant and it is easy to produce a variety of sound colors to suit any music. The action as received was well adjusted and did not require any tweaking. The guitar is also pleasantly light and well balanced, mos onusual at this price. Recommended for any student with small hands.

I was struggling for years trying to find the right strings for my Martin 000 18GE. Phosper Bronze- too brassy, too many harsh overtones, 80/20s - better but still too metallic, Silk and Steel - nice bass strings but lacking tone overall. THEN I FOUND THESE AND I FREAKIN' LOVE THEM. The great thing about these strings is that they sound great for fingerpicking but also for hard strumming with a pick - something that i did not think this shorter scale guitar was capable of. So anyway get these strings if you love you're guitar but have that nagging feeling that it should be sounding better...

My new Martin came from Martin strung with these. They are 'woody' sounding and they bring out the best in the Martin (and they hold their tone for a long time). Later, I restrung it with a set of EXP 17s, which had been my usual strings, and then switched back to the Martin Lifespan. The tonal difference was profound and totally in favor of the Martin strings.

I just put these on my guitar, and wow! The most beautiful tone and feel to the strings. These aren't like any other strings I've used. When played, you feel like there is an orchestra behind you...sounds crazy I know... but I'm loving these strings! Thanks again Strings by Mail!

Excellent strings. I'm playing them on a spruce top - wonderful sound very rich and clear.

Recently bought a Giannini Nashlyn Guitar from you - (left-handed too, just to make things even more awkward), which you had to get to me here in the UK. It arrived beautifully packaged and with a moments tuning, played straight out of the box. It is the most beautiful guitar and having now met the build-quality at first hand, represents amazing value - those Brazilian luthiers are good! This is a really good and unique product. I have a foot rest and two different suction cup frames but I really like this option the best. I do have to admit that at first there was some initial frustration trying to figure out how to install it to the guitar. But once I got it down it made sense. One of the aspects I like about this device is the velcro which offers the option to raise or lower the height and tilt of the guitar. You can really place the guitar right in front of your face if you like which can really help your playing. My situation is a little unique. I own a Carvin NS1 which is a classical guitar with a semi-hollow thin body like you see on a standard electric guitar. I couldn't use the traditional suction cup frames because they were far too wide for the thin body. Because of the problems with the other frames I assumed I was destined to use a guitar strap (which is a good alternative that people sometimes forget). However, the A-Frame MI is a wonderful solution. It fits comfortably and now I have additional confidence in my playing. I definitely recommend this product. Kudos to whoever or whomever designed this product.

These are the best strings I've found. Won't use anything else on my Fenders. My Gibsons get EPN115s. Great wear life, great tone, great playabilty.

This sleeve is very helpful as it provides a bit of padding where the forearm hits the edge of the guitar, making it more comfortable. It also protects the instrument from perspiration. I do recommend the premium guitar sleeve if you want the padding, as the basic protects the instrument from contact with skin but does not have padding. This sleeve runs slightly large. My forearm measures 10.5" but I found the small fit better than the medium.

very nice set of string at a very reasonable price and excellent tonal quality

This does not fit as described. My forearm is 10.5 " meaning the medium should fit but it's so loose it falls off my arm. In addition, it does not provide any real cushioning. I'm disappointed that Strings by Mail will not accept a return considering it did not fit as it was supposed to.
