I decided to try the Ramirez strings after reading rave reviews. The recommended tension was normal, which is what I got initially, and loved them! Definition, separation, quick stabilization once put on were outstanding. As time went by, I started wishing for a little more power and punch. Tonight, I put on the HT Ramirez set, and it hit the spot. The action is still low without buzzing, but the power and projection are noticeably better. Great Ramirez strings for a great Ramirez guitar - a no brainer IMHO. -

With this particular set of Savarez, the strings sustain longer than any other set or brand. The long sustain is particularly noticeable in the trebles. Tone is equal to or better than any other brand and vibrato easier to produce and more pronounced than on any other brand. -

I like the fullness of the tone in the bass strings and the volume and clarity in the trebles. The very good balance across the register is also a very positive feature of these strings. -

I really liked the plastic wound trebles they produced for the flamenco guitar but they don?t produce them anymore. They felt more aligned with the treble wound strings with my right hand. I have tried La Bella, Augustine and Hannabach but go back to Savarez because they feel right and produce the brightest sounds across the range. -

Hannabach strings sound better (more balanced and warmer) than the Savarez Corum Alliance Normal Tension on this Hernandez spruce top guitar. The Savarez are just too bright in the treble. -
