Year 2002 Instrument type Classical Builder / Manufacturer Robert Ruck Instrument Model Traditional Top wood Cedar Side wood Zircote Back wood Zircote Player Rick Cox StringsThese strings have a wonderful warm sound in the trebles, as well as the bases. ?The trebles are remarkably smooth to the touch with an elegant feel. The sound is consistent and in tue across the full range of the guitar. I?ve played on many strings over the years and these are simply the best I?ve ever played on! -
Year 2009 Instrument type Classical Builder / Manufacturer Robert Ruck Instrument Model Classical Top wood Cedar Side wood Rosewood Back wood Rosewood Player Adam Kossler StringsI've been using Augustine strings for at least 10 years now, and have made four full length recordings using Regal Blues. Additionally, I've currently been experimenting with the new Paragon carbons with my 2016 Greg Smallman, and they seem like a great match! I'll likely record a solo record with this combination next summer. -
Year 2003 Instrument type Classical Builder / Manufacturer Robert Ruck Instrument Model 660-scale Top wood Cedar Side wood Rosewood Back wood Rosewood Player Marco Sartor StringsSince it is a 660-scale cedar guitar, I go with the medium-tension basses, which sing and sustain beautifully.
