(Michigan Residents) We at Strings By Mail have developed a very good Special Order Item (SOI) system and is a feature we gladly provide. In order to structure the process we ask that all SOI requests are placed through our website here. Items requested may become part of our normal stock online. The request itself incurs no shipping cost.

Important: We
temporarily charge you $1.00 for a few good reasons.
1. It allows us to rebill your credit card after SOI approval by you. This saves you time.
2. By placing the order, you have a complete order comment history of the entire SOI process. This is viewable 24/7 in "My Account". A benefit to both of us.
3. Let's us know you are serious, and we will respond diligently to the best of our ability.
If you accept the item, we will rebill you in full including shipping (minus $1.00 fee). If you decline, we will refund the $1.00 fee. Special Order Items do not fall under our normal return policy. Exceptions may be made at Strings By Mail discretion.
