V-Picks Chubby Mummy Guitar Pick 4.0 mm, One Pick

A fat pick that has a compound grind to the edge. This grind gives the strings a raspy, tuff kind of sound as you slide across them. I wouldn't say there's anything "warm" about it. The size alone sets the pick up to get to the next string with out hopping. next to the next string. Because of the aggressive, high friction grind, I wouldn't say the pick pushes through the strings easily. There's a bit of drag if you're being delicate. Could be perfect for those windmill strums! Fat picks can feel a little loose when you palm them but the pronounced grind gives you plenty to hold onto. I'm still not used to the two deep horizontal grooves but you can get used to anything.

A good pick if you want to play loud and proud.
