James appears to be knowledgeable, but the score is notated in Finale, not Sibelius. How would he know anyway? This was NOT created as a midi score. Notation is a creative process and I chose to render actual pitch level harmonics. I play this piece. This is a advanced piece so I made just a few string designations. I don't necessarily follow editing in scores I buy. I try to understand the music and make string color choices from that. There's really no substitute for knowing the full length of the fretboard.
I'm guessing James has that common problem of the intermediate player who jumps into advanced pieces too soon.
The score actually has imaginative "guitatristic" voicings ... Taste and see.

This arrangement indicates that is attempts to be faithful to the original piano work meaning there are no triplets in the piece. This score is produced with the notation software, Sibelius, resulting in a crisp notation. Even with this visual clarity, this score is produced as a midi score for playback rather than notated for guitar. The evidence is in the 32nd note ornament in the piu Lento section and the pitch level notation for harmonics at the end of the work.
