When you play this guitar for the first time, you'll experience an instrument with great volume and clarity. Designed for the beginning player, the Alhambra 2C-US is a student guitar that has power, good sound quality and a wide range of tones. The saddle and nut are melamine, a synthetic material that is a very good transmitter of sound giving this instrument a rounded color of sound.
Like model 1C, the 2C guitar is a student instrument but the next step up in performance. It's made with Sapelli mahogany back and sides, an Indian rosewood fingerboard and nickel-plated machine heads. This guitar has binding on both the front and back which adds to it's visual appeal but also helps prevent denting on the edges. The top is solid which directly contributes to the great sound of this guitar.
Every Alhambra guitar is registered with a digital system, providing a unique serial number that certifies its origin, ensuring authenticity and traceability.
It's a very comfortable, quality guitar that's a good choice when entering the world of six string arts. Offered here in Cedar however Spruce is also available as a special order.
