Perhaps the most unique treble....
Review by Steven D. on 28 Feb 2011 review stating Perhaps the most unique treble.... Perhaps the most unique treble out there. They are similar to rectified nylons, but with superior tone. They have great projection and a beautiful timbre...warm and yet punchy. They are capable of a wide range of colors. With a slightly rough finish, they feel great on the left hand...easy to grab hold of. On the negative side, this same slightly rough feel creates a bit of string noise. On the right hand, the nails coming across them have a tendency to create a bit of sibilance. With old hands like mine, they can slow down fast arpeggios too because of the finish. Still, I just love their tone. They pair great with Savarez Corum basses.
