I love the broken in feel of the pure nickel strings and the warm tone they provide. I don’t like when new strings sound so bright fresh out of the pack and these strings don’t sound that way. They have a warm soft brightness to them. I like to have the high E and B string to be a little bigger just to get a little fuller tone out of the string for solos.
