D'Addario flatwound strings are highly polished for a smooth, comfortable feel, and warm tone. The heavier first and second strings further enhance the tone and feel (same gauges as the GHS Pat Martino 15-52 set, but the GHS strings are less polished and feel somewhat gritty).
