Excellent sound!

As a banjo player I prefer ball end strings for my Silvertone 5 string banjo. These strings are simple to apply and give the instrument a bright and brilliant sound. They're plenty long and the color coded ball end makes it so easy to string correctly. If you haven't tried these strings yet I encourage you to do so...you"ll be happy you did!

Strings by mail rocks

I orderednsome D'Addario phosphor bronze ball end banjo strings and a couple other things. The strings sound great and I like them better than loop end. The national finger picks are great as are the Slick pick thumbpick and the Dunlop steel thumb pick and string winder. Will definately order from strings by mail for all my guitars, basses, and my banjo. Shipping was very fast. I ordered late at night and it was shipped shortly after they opened the next day.
