EFEL Replacement Suction Cup 2.75"

I've purchased 7-8 of these and used them exclusively for years after trying just about everything else available. Overall a game changer for my posture and comfort, allowing me to practice to 2-3 hrs with no back/neck strain. Many other supports seem to be designed for classical players and are too high for my steel string. EFEL is the perfect height for me. Two minor complaints: 1) the suction cups get worn out after a few months, even when I wet the guitar before sticking them on. When they fail, the guitar of course pops off and lands in your lap and it's kind of unnerving. 2) i'm not fond of having to wet down the side of my guitar every day. The finish on my Taylor is plenty waterproof and shows no visible sign of the suction cup, but it still seems wrong somehow. I've just installed the SageWork Atlas yesterday and seems like the perfect upgrade.

I ordered two. Neither will hold more than a couple of hours. Fine for a practice session, but I find it on the floor each morning.

The Efel is a great little support and so portable; it will fit (kinda) into the under-neck box in a guitar case or anyway, it's very small. I use several supports such as the ErgoPlay which is larger and stronger--but the Efel travels so well. However, its suction cup gets soft and stops gripping. So buy some replacements, like these and keep on hand.

Item was back-ordered but wait was not extreme. Company representatives seem to attend to customer service My limited experience has been satisfactory so far.
