GHS Super Steels

Great transaction, and GHS Super Steels are the only strings I use on my vintage Jazz Basses and Musicman Stingray bass.

The Lee Sklar set

This set is the most recorded set of strings in history, just like the man himself . .

Personally I am using them on a Rickenbacker. I was looking for an alternative to Rotosound, mostly in terms of being lighter/bender and smoother than the Roto RS66LD set. So far my impressions are that it lets the bass breathe a bit more. . . Not so choked. . ,more dynamic. . . . They don't need a few days of playing to feel good like the Rotosounds do. They are pretty much playable immediately.
