Holly Gwin studied dulcimer with Maggie Sansone and Karen Ashbrook. A lifelong musician, she also plays piano and recorder. Holly composes and arranges music in her studio on the Severn River in Maryland. She previously served as general counsel for the Congressional Office of Technology Assessment and for the White House Office of Science and Technology Policy.
