Amy Hite is a classical guitarist from Huntington Beach, CA. She began playing the guitar at age nine. She holds a Masters Degree in Classical Guitar Performance from California State University, Fullerton, where she studied under David Grimes. She performed with the Fullerton Guitar Orchestra from 2006 - 2010, during which they performed frequently in California and completed a three-week tour of Bulgaria, which culminated with a concert at the U. S. Embassy in Sofia. Amy has performed concerts as a soloist and with her guitar duo at universities and guitar societies throughout California. She is a founding committee member and performing member of the Orange County Guitar Orchestra. She currently teaches private guitar lessons in Orange County.
