Fantasia V is a work focused on fifth intervals, beginning with the different tunings of the two guitars (C–G and D–A). Slower sections, reminiscent of a chorale, alternate with two rhythmic and virtuosic dances, culminating in a coda with a Phrygian atmosphere.
