I made this custom set light on the top but just a bit heavier on the bass end (compared to J81s). XT strings sound and feel good and hold their tune. Looking forward to single XS strings.

Polished basses reduce string noise; better 3rd & 2nd projection.

I used to change the string every 6 months with every day play 2hours, this brand can last long time, the the price is nice. The most important is l like the tone very much, and as time goes buy it keep the tone very well.

I love my strings by mail strings because they're a solid string for a great price, I've ordered the phosphor bronze now and gonna try those. Excited to see what they're like because I hear phosphor bronze sounds better on mahogany guitars. Pickup type-K&K Mini Pickup according to the shop I got it from, but stock it comes with an LR Baggs.

The full-bodied crisp yet warm tone of the Savarez red card strings complements the focused clarity of the spruce top.

The Savarez rectified nylon trebles are warm, round, and full. The overall set creates outstanding resonance, and projection.

The strings are very comfortable to play. Despite the pleasant tension they have the powerful sound of high tension strings. The sound can easily be formulated. The harmonics are very clear and the colors are unique!

I like the combination because D'Addario is consistent in making strings. They sound warm and mellow but in the same time bright with a long sustain. I think they bring forth the greatness in every instrument.?
