Born in Belgrade in 1979, Goran Krivokapic started his music education in Montenegro. Prior to graduating with distinction at the Maastricht Conservatorium (the Netherlands) in 2005, he won first prize in seventeen international guitar competitions, including the 2000 Andres Segovia in Almunecar, the 2003 Fernando Sor in Rome and the 2004 Guitar Foundation of America. This recital includes the delightfully inventive Sonata No 2 by the Serbian composer Dusan Bogdanovic.
