I dedicated this short composition to my wife, Maria Rosa, partly for her passion for her garden and its roses, partly as a nod to her first name, but above all because this melody moved her deeply. This short piece, without any technical difficulty, requires, in return, an emotional investment from the flautist, but also from the guitarist, who will strive for perfect harmony with the soloist.
