Murata Guitar Support Pole Replacement, Black 8 3/8 inches

The Murata Guitar Support is the best guitar support I have tried thus far, and I’ve tried many. It is solid; stable; and allows me to play comfortably with both feet on the ground. You can also purchase extra poles of different lengths should you want a higher playing position. There are two imperfections however. If you have a guitar where your sides gets thinner toward the neck, you might have a problem with the hardware gripping your guitar. However, there is a second stepped gripping area that can compensate, but it may not work if you have a guitar that has a dramatic change in width over a short area. There are other workarounds where you can make the gripping pads thicker. The second problem (which I have found with every guitar support I’ve tried) is that the unit can slide forward on your leg although its felt lining does help prevent slippage. To compensate I created a simple tether that attaches to the pole and then to my belt loop. It works perfectly and eliminate all slippage. Overall, I would strongly recommend this product.
