They're a product of typical German straightforward and reserved design. They have hex cores, so you don't have to baby them. The composition of the alloy used in their wrap wire is undisclosed, but whatever it is feels and sounds great - very rich and sparkly. And the price for them at Strings By Mail is more than reasonable.
