Black Diamond N730L 5-String Banjo Nickel Wound Light Gauge 10-22

This is the perfect set of strings for my old banjos with the exception of the . 014 3rd (G) string. But thankfully "Strings By Mail" offers the option of buying single strings. They carry a . 015 string, which is what I was looking for, and I added one of those for each of the N730L's that I purchased. I'll be back!!

Used GHS light for a long time, tried these and switched. Of course string quality is very subjective but these are worth a try.

I’m using these strings on a Stelling banjo. The gauges 10-12-14-22-10 are exactly the same as the old Stelling medium strings. I really like the nickel fourth in this set compared to steel wound found in a lot of other sets. These strings have a pop that you don’t find in other strings. The package says light …actually I think that should be changed to custom medium. Try these strings I don’t think you will be disappointed!!!!
