Q: I have one of Alan Perlman's Arch Guitars, and it comes with a case best described as a tank — minus the tread wheels — and I'm looking for something lighter, like this Cordoba CGB 1/2-3/4. The guitar's dimensions are 37" x 13.5" x 3.5", so it would fit in this case, but I wonder if there's something even closer — like: does someone make a soft case to fit these dimensions, or could I talk to Cordoba and see if they'd make me one special? What do you think? Alternately, I could get this one and pad it a bit with some foam. ??
