D'Addario Balanced Tension Electric Guitar EXL120BT Super Light 9-40

These strings feel and sound great! This is my first set of D'Addario Balanced Tension Electric Guitar EXL120BT Super Light 9-40. I also purchased a Single 17 Wound. The Single 17 Wound was used instead of the plain the 3rd string. Installed on a Squier Classic Vibe 50s Strat. I play rhythm through a Fender modeling amp with a clean Deluxe Reverb setting. I've had them for over a week now and enjoy them very much. My Strings By Mail shopping experience was great.

While I am a Big Fan of D'Addario Balanced Tension Strings...And I do play with a light touch... I found the Super Light 9-40 set too light for my taste. Even on a 25.5 scale length there is just no resistance in them and I need to feel the strings under my fingertips.

started using these strings last year and there the only strings that I use on my guitars, they play great and feel great on a variety of guitars, I have them on all my Gretsch, Fender, ESP, Gibson and G&L guitars would recommend them to any guitar player who is looking for a great feeling strings with great sound and playability.
