Attention

…that is what this company is all about. Attention with detail. All stores/companies need to see what Strings By Mail do for their patrons. They have their personal touch. And I have not been face to face with any of these folks because they are clear across the country from me. But they treat me as if they are right next door. I have the impression that they care greatly about my musical journey. Those that know…know. Those that don’t, give them a try. There are NO disappointments. They have made a friend out of me…because they treat me that way!
