Andreas Abel Armrest Long Screw and Slide Combo.

If you own an Abel Armrest purchased before September 2017, this replacement arm and screw allows your Armrest to extend to greater widths and accommodate guitars up to 137 mm wide.

(Armrests purchased after September 2017 come with this version.)

Range of body thickness it will accept: 3.62 inches to 5.39 inches (92 to 137 mm).

Good product

Works well on a variety of guitars of differing sizes. The armrest is comfortable and well made though it seems a bit pricey. I needed the longer screw for a standard size 6 string.
