Dogal R39 Nightclub Chrome Flatwound Acoustic Guitar Strings 11-44

I love my Dogal Expressives flatwound jazz strings so much I couldn't resist these when I discovered them in Dogal's section of SBM. They are not intuitive for an acoustic string set: flat and shiny silver due to their chrome material. Their playing feel is superb - smooth and absolutely zero finger squeak, as you'd expect from flatwounds, and very easy to play, even considering their light gauges. The sound is the big surprise - it is bright and warm, and loud. I love these things.

These strings are an outstanding find. Not cheap but worth every penny. Great feel and a really nice tone. The smooth finish plays great allows for very quiet slides. I have a new favorite. Thank you for the recommendation.

At times I can produce awesome sound on my resonater gitar however it takes the Nightclubs for me to get in a groove, smooth as silk and also the strings seem to make music with just brushing, I have a song I re worked called last kiss from the early sixies, I will post it if I can.
