GHS Silk and Steel 12-String Acoustic Guitar Strings 600 Lt 10-42

Just a hobby guitarist. I picked up a Seagull 12 in a pawn shop when I was 60 and learned to play.
I knew how to sing. After 13 years these are my favorite strings.
A good sound on high and low end. The extra light makes them easy (well as easy as any)
to fret or pick. Good tone at any volume. Great sound when new and not bad when they are wearing
out if you need to keep your money a little longer.

Hello! I purchased these (and other) strings for specific recording projects coming up very soon at our studio Bear Bones Productions here in Meridian, Idaho. I love the sound of fresh, barely broken-in strings (especially on a 12'er!) that have only been stretched just enough to start staying in tune. Obviously, our mics do too, because the difference in sonics is palpable. I will review these after the upcoming session(s), but as for now, I have NO idea. I shall keep you posted. Thank you, SBM!!
