La Bella 40PH 80/20 Golden Alloy Acoustic Guitar Strings Heavy 14-58

I like these strings. I use them on my acoustic arch top which has an odd tailpiece which requires long strings. These are plenty long. I've found 80/20 strings sound the best on this guitar. I like the 14's which limits your choices. Is there a tone difference between 80/20's? I like John Pearse but they're a bit short for this guitar and only come in 13's. These sound fine and since comparing strings is difficult I'll say these are good. One of the best parts is the packaging. They have one tarnish proof envelope with a tear notch containing six individually wound strings and a large string chart if you can't tell which is which. I hate those strings that have two strings wound together in three envelopes in combinations which make no sense. Keep it simple is what I say. And these are a good price!
