High E string ball end broke while tuning.
Found it across the room, tied a new knot and. . . so far it's holding.

I had gotten these strings as a part of the SBM Warm Collection. If you're looking to get a warm pair of strings they're a good start. The Trebles sound good and are warm, but the Basses lack punch and sound a little dull out of the pack. I think on a Cedar top they would be too warm, but with Spruce Tops they're a good pair. Not too expensive and a great start for looking for a warm pair of strings for a Spruce Top Classical.

Pros: Great Trebles that feel and sound great. Might even be a tiny bit too warm.
Cons: Basses lack punch and don't project that well.

7/10 I'd use these as a backup pair.

The E string broke as I was putting it on the guitar. Fortunately, it broke right at the ball and I had enough string to work with.

While I like the sound, and the fact that they're low tension, the bass strings all showing signs of tarnish and discoloration less than two weeks after putting them on the instrument.
