There is no better string for getting that full Jim Hall sound, and SBM always has them, always ships quickly; SBM is as good as Thomastik.

Solid

Wanted easy strings; are soft and silky, feel like nylon/classicals. Only flaw: truss rod on my Danelectro Convertible had to be completely loosened. These reach the lowest tension tolerance. Overall, would buy again but would have guitar set up specifically for these.

Q: Can these Thomastik-Infeld JS110 Jazz Swing Series Flat Wound Electric 10-44 be used on a Gibson Les Paul or Gibson SG? I have seen some flat would strings that state they cannot be install on these type guitars because of the length,. They state they can only be used on arch-top style guitars.
