I bought a Gold Tone bazouki but it came with heavy strings. It was hard to play, so I replaced those strings with these strings and it is much easier to play and also sounds better.

I'm very happy with the quality of the strings and they shipped promptly including a thank you, sticker and card for a strings by mail employee I could contact should I have had any questions or needed any help. No complaints

I was using a custom D'addario Phosphor Bronze Irish Bouzouki set with two additional strings to account for the octave-doubling on my particular instrument (a Lafferty walnut flat-top model). I didn't expect such a difference in switching to these strings, but the Silver and Brass combination is perfect for this instrument, and the gauges are a much better match for models that use partial octave doubling. I use Irish tuning on mine vs. Octave Mandolin tuning, and these strings also work well that way even though marked for Octave Mandolin tuning. These strings sound very crisp, articulat, warm, and balanced, whether strumming or playing melody, finger-style or with a plectrum.
