Savarez Alliance KF69 - .69 mm / 0.0272 inches, Single String

After calling Matt to solve a problem with the sound from a specific string on one of my ukuleles, we had a great discussion ending in my purchase of several Savarez single strings to try. Neither Matt or I were optimistic that one of them would solve the problem (the tone issue being probably generated by the build of the instrument) and we were correct. While the problem wasn't completely solved, I can live with tone of one of the new strings. I really appreciate Matt's time, effort and expertise on my behalf, which is why I am giving a "great" rating. The string isn't great, but the service certainly was.
