Great Strings

After trying many different brands of 80/20 strings for my cheapo Yamaha FG800 (which is a great guitar for the money) I settled on SIT Golden Bronze strings. I was searching for the brightest strings possible and the Golden Bronze won over several more expensive strings. It also keeps its tone for a long time and the price is great. I actually use D'Addario XT 80/20 Bronze for my Andrew White guitar but for the Yamaha, SIT Golden Bronze strings rule.

Vintage 80/20 tone

These strings give my two Yamaha guitars the tone I prefer to hear from the 80/20 alloy. The gauges are slightly different than other sets in the "light" range and provide a balanced feel for the left hand. Great value and I actually favor them compared to many more expensive strings.
